- S1F-GX-AC cut-off valve grinding machine is a special machine designed by our company to refer to the structure of common stop valve at home and abroad. It is designed and manufactured for on-site repair of valve sealing surface （optional pneumatic power）.Features:1.It adopts two kinds of operation methods: hand-held and fixed. It is recommended to use hand-held combination repair for the shut-off valve below DN100, which is convenient and quick. For valves with serious damage to DN100 or above, it is recommended to use fixed combination repair to ensure accuracy. Reduce labor intensity;2.Optional multi-abrasive combination work, more able to adapt to complex site needs;（1）The rough grinding special diamond grinding head is used for grinding deep scratches on the sealing surface, and has high efficiency, and is especially suitable for working conditions with steam and water;（2）Imported sandpaper for polishing fine scratches. Imported adhesive sandpaper of different particle sizes can be adapted to coarse grinding, fine grinding and polishing;（3）The grinding precision of the special grinding stone grinding head of the fine grinding reaches the radial matching degree higher than 80%, and the surface roughness reaches 0.2μm. It is especially suitable for working conditions with steam and water.3.The whole machine has strong rigidity and wide application range.
