I. Operation of the Hydraulic Clamping System
1. Connect the hydraulic system to the power supply and start the hydraulic oil pump;
2. Move the control handle of the clamping system to the locking position. At this point, the oil pressure indicated by the lock cylinder pressure gauge will steadily rise—once it reaches 2500 PSI, the hydraulic unit’s oil pump will automatically shut down. However, if oil leakage causes the pressure to drop to 2100 PSI, the oil pump will automatically restart.
II. Operation of the Control System
1. Stop the crusher;
2. Turn the control handle of the clamping system to the release position, allowing the oil in the locking cylinder to drain;
3. When the oil pressure in the locking cylinder reaches "0," move the hydraulic device clamping control handle to the neutral position.
4. Open the adjustment ring locking mechanism;
5. Start the hydraulic oil pump;
6. Manipulate the control lever handle to position it in the "extend" and "retract" positions, respectively;
7. The size of the discharge opening is tested using test lead blocks;
8. Reset the adjusting ring locking mechanism.
