1、 Operation of hydraulic clamping system
1. Connect the power supply of the hydraulic device and start the hydraulic oil pump;
2. Place the control handle plate of the clamping system in the locked position. At this time, the oil pressure indicated by the pressure gauge of the locking cylinder keeps rising. When the pressure reaches 2500psi, the oil pump of the hydraulic device will automatically stop; if the oil pressure drops to 2100psi due to oil leakage, the oil pump will automatically start.
 
2、 Operation of regulating system
1. Stop the crusher;
2. Pull the control handle of the clamping system to the release position to release the oil in the locking rainbow;
3. When the oil pressure of the locking cylinder reaches "0", turn the clamping control handle of the hydraulic device to the middle position;
4. Open the locking device of the adjusting ring;
5. Start the hydraulic oil pump;
6. Control and adjust the lever control handle to make it in the "extend" and "retract" positions respectively;
7. The size of ore discharge outlet shall be tested with test lead block;
8. Reset the locking device of the adjusting ring.
